Mr. Jerry Barnes, 66, of the Blue Lake community, died Fri., June 26, 2009.
Funeral services were held Mon., June 29, at the Pleasant Home Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Kelley and the Rev. P.J. McClung officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Home Cemetery.
Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Dickie and Trudie Barnes of Andalusia; his sister and brother-in-law, Ginger and Bill Flick; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Barnes of Wetumpka, Sharon Martin of Andalusia, Lee Barnes of Troy, Suzanne Walker of Andalusia, Melanie Teel of Orlando, Fla., and Aaron Teel of Pensacola, Fla.; and 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers were Jeff Barnes, Lee Barnes, Rusty Walker, Bill Flick, Luke Martin, Drew Barnes, Marty Stewart and Aaron Teel.
