Mr. Julian Helms, 72, of the Carolina community, died Fri., Aug. 7, 2009, at the Andalusia Hospital.
Funeral services were held Mon., Aug. 10, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Bradley officiating. Burial followed in the Carolina Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen Helms of the Carolina community; his son and daughter-in-law, Randall and Cynthia Helms; a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Joey Williams; his grandchildren, Derek Walker, Lakean Walker, Carrie Helms and Cody Helms, and his great-grandsons, Tyler Watson, Tanner Watson and Adron Walker.
Mr. Helms is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Blanche Helms; and his sister, Virginia Nell Boyette.
Pallbearers were Justin Cottle, Peter Logiotatos, Jamie Hawkins, Jason Hawkins, Jeff Hawkins and Clint Veasey.
