The Andalusia Ballet celebrated “Bollywood” with its annual auction and dinner Saturday night at the Andalusia Country Club.

Elaborate sets, and beautiful costumes set the atmosphere, and guests got to taste Indian cuisine. Students of the ballet also performed Indian dances.

Andalusia Ballet artistic director Meryane Murphy said the numbers are still being tallied, but the event was a successful fund-raiser. Guests bid on items ranging from original art to a football signed by Nick Saban to a Maltese puppy.

The bidding continues online for two diamond necklaces donated by a patron of the ballet.
