Mary Willene Smith, 91, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Andalusia, died Thurs., Sept. 17, 2009, in Panama City.
Funeral services were held Sun., Sept. 20, at Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Sharpe officiating. Interment followed at Able Cemetery. Special music was by Jim Walker.
Ms. Smith was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Smith; and sisters, Nell Boyd, Lillian Putnam and Ruby Husbands.
Ms. Smith is survived by three sisters, Inez Prather of Lynn Haven, Fla., Frances Hogg of Panama City, Fla., and Virginia Porterfield of Clarksdale, Miss.; and a brother, Robert G. (Bob) Smith of Andalusia.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials can be made to Covenant Hospice.
