Mrs. Lois Potter Tisdale, 82, of Enterprise, formerly of the Babbie community, died Sun., Sept. 20, 2009, at her residence.
Funeral services were held Wed., Sept. 23, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Babbie Cemetery. The Rev. Bobby Morgan officiated the service.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and David Wright of Enterprise, and Christine and Billy Floyd of Opp; her son-in-law, Jerry Jones of Greensboro, S.C; her grandchildren, Dean Jones of Greensboro, S.C., Jeffery Owens of Andalusia, Candi Grissett of Opp, and Corkie Cauley of Enterprise; her great-grandchildren, Chelsea Cosby, Isabella Grissett and Christian Cauley; a special friend, Lydia Hartman of Enterprise; her sister, Foye (Carlis) Jackson of Baker, Fla.; and two brothers, Hollis Potter of Crestview, Fla., and Milton Potter of San Angelo, Texas.
Mrs. Tisdale is preceded in death by her husband, Plez Ellis Tisdale, and her daughter, Carolyn Jones.
Pallbearers were Donnie Tanner, Brice Heiken, Mark Floyd, Michael Floyd, Steve Ricketts and Cory Wiggins.
