The Covington Arts Council will open its 2009-10 season tonight, Tues., Oct. 20, with “Celtic Crossroads,” a live musical performance featuring musicians, dancers and singers performing authentic Irish music. The event is set for 7 p.m. at the LBWCC Dixon Center.

Advance tickets are $15, while tickets at the door are $18. Student tickets are $10, whether advance or at the door. Celtic Crossroads tickets are available at Ansley Place, Brooks Hardware, Harold’s Discount Furniture or at the door.

CAC season tickets are $50 for individuals or $125 for a family package for four, which includes two adults and two students.

Other events include “Leading Ladies” in February, “Five by Design” in March and “Food Fight: The Musical.”
