Mrs. Annie Jim Richards, 94, of Andalusia, died Sun., Nov. 15, 2009, in the Andalusia hospital.
Funeral services were held Tues., Nov. 17, at the Carolina Baptist Church with interment in Carolina Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Ganus officiating.
Survivors include her sons, Larry (Carol) Richards of Greenville and Jerry (Shelia) Richards of Andalusia; her daughter, Glenda (Elton) Taylor of Andalusia; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, George Wallace; a sister, Odessa Bracewell, both of Andalusia; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Richards is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Wesley Richards, and her grandson, Jimmy Haislip.
Pallbearers were William Ainsworth, Wesley Coleman, Jerome Richards, Michael Peek, Kenny Owens and Terry Whiddon.
