Mr. Hubert Hughes, 67, of Andalusia, former fire chief of Andalusia, died Sat., Jan. 2, 2010, in a Dothan hospital.
Funeral services were held Jan. 5, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Pritchett officiating. Special music was provided by Vandalyn Maddox, and burial followed in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Hughes of Andalusia; his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Angie Hughes; his grandchildren, Sam Hughes and Andi Hughes; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Paul Sanders, Russell McGlamory, Ethan Dorsey, Earl Steele, Tim Grimes, Terry Langford, John Dalrymple and Shannon Kelley.
