Mrs. Kate Kilpatrick Nelson, 97, of Andalusia, died Mon., Jan. 4, 2010, in the Andalusia Manor Nursing facility.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., today, Wed., Jan. 6, at the Carolina Baptist Church with the Rev. Matt Brady officiating. Burial will follow in Carolina Cemetery.
Survivors include her son, Myron Nelson of Andalusia; her daughter, Barbara Lawson of Andalusia; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mike Nelson, Carl Lawson, Skipper Howell, Junior Nelson, Ron Lawson and Curtis Odom.
