Straughn’s girls defeated Greenville, 55-30, on the road Tuesday night.

Tiffany Freeney led the visiting Lady Tigers with 19 points, and Kimberly Teel scored 12.

In the boys game, Straughn fell to Greenville, 63-55.

C.J. Christopher led Straughn with 18 points in a losing effort. James Byrd had 13 points and eight rebounds for Straughn.

Mikwese Claybourne and Nick McHenry each scored 17 for Greenville.

Straughn’s next game will be Friday at Central-Hayneville.
