Mrs. Hettie Sims Rawls, 92, of Gantt, died Thurs., Jan. 14, 2010, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Mon., Jan. 18, at the First Baptist Church of Gantt with the Rev. Wayne Sharpe officiating. Interment will follow at Able Cemetery with Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Rawls is survived by a son, Phillip (Robin) Rawls of Montgomery; grandchildren, Gantt (Shannon) Rawls of Lawrence, Kan., and Leigh Rawls of Montgomery; and a sister, Wilma Waldrop of Sylacauga.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
In addition to flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Gantt.
