The Florala Lady Wildcats picked up a 43-30 area win Friday at home over Kinston.

Florala’s Brooke Hammonds led her team with 22 points. Paige Irwin chipped in 16.

For Kinston, Agee Evans had 14.

In varsity boys action, Kinston defeated Florala, 61-43.

Florala’s Zac Fleming led in scoring with 17 points and Erik Vega had eight.

Kinston’s Hunter Anderson led with 17.

Florala’s B-team won over Kinston, 28-21.

Florala will host Pleasant Home tonight in area play. Tip off is at 4:30 with the B-team.
