A Defuniak Springs, Fla., man was arrested by Drug Task Force agents Monday after he allegedly came to Florala to buy meth-making products.

Agent Ray Dixon said Wednesday, when 29-year-old Adam Parish Miller arrived in Florala shortly after 7 p.m. Monday and picked up the pseudoephedrine, he was met by DTF agents and taken into custody.

Dixon said agents were able to obtain enough information from Miller to assist Walton County, Fla., investigators in acquiring a search warrant for Miller’s Defuniak Springs, Fla., home.

There, agents and investigators found meth oil, as well as other items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

In Covington County, Miller is charged with the manufacturing and trafficking of methamphetamine, conspiracy to distribute meth and second –degree possession of marijuana. He is currently being held in the Covington County Jail under a $310,500 bond.

Additionally, Miller faces similar charges in Florida.

Dixon said DTF agents were assisted by Florala Chief Sonny Bedsole and the “good citizens of Florala that provided enough information to apprehend a meth cook and supplier from our streets.”
