Hazel Smith, 85, of Andalusia, passed away Sun., Feb. 21, 2010, at her residence.
Funeral services were held Wed., Feb. 24, at the New Home Congregational Church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Earl Smith of Mobile and Christopher L. Smith and fiancé, Sally Middleton, of Theodore; one sister, Mary Gunnels of Andalusia; four grandchildren, Dana Smith (Shane) Allen of Grand Bay, Robert Todd (Linda) Smith of Coden, Ala., James Ray (Goldie) Smith of Macintosh, Ala., and Daniel Wade Smith of Chickasaw; two great-grandchildren, Anna Grace Allen and Nicklaus Smith Allen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. “Tots” Smith.
Serving as pallbearers were Shane Allen, Todd Smith, Jamie Smith, Wade Smith and Keith Smith.
