Bobby McClindon White, 71, of Pensacola Fla., formerly of Covington County, passed away Sat., Feb. 27, 2010,in Pensacola.
Funeral services were held Tues., March 2, at Keahey Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Johnny White and Pastor Jeff Howard officiated. Special music was provided by Sammy Pipkins. Interment followed in the North Creek Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Shelley Ann Hart White; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy (Carmen) White and Perry (Wendy) White, both of Pensacola; brothers and sister-in-law, Jackie (Gayle) White of Pace, Fla., and Gerald White of Mobile; sisters, Peggy Lacorse of Freeport, Fla., Madeline Jordan and Robert of Panama City, Fla., and Shirley Ann Allen, also of Panama City; grandchildren, Bobby Michael White, Randi Alexandra White, Jordan Ann White and Rhen Ford; great-granddaughter, Breña Ford.
Pallbearers will be Leroy White, Sonny Hart, Ricky Hart, Harold Elmore, Jason Elmore, Brett Bowen, Bobby Michael White, Davey Sightler and Leroy White Jr.
Mr. White served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
