The Pleasant Home Eagles baseball team defeated McKenzie Monday night 8-2 to claim its first area win of the season.

Pleasant Home moves to 5-2 overall, and 1-0 in Class 1A, Area 2.

The Eagles will travel to play Red Level tonight at 4.
