Vito Piazza

Vito “Vic” Piazza, 86, of Andalusia, passed away Mon., March 29, 2010, at Doctors’ Hospital in Bonifay, Fla.
He was born Dec. 29, 1923, at Frankfort, N.Y. – the son of the late Luigi and Maria (Polzzi) Piazza. He was a disabled WWII Army veteran and served in the South Pacific. He worked in sales and was PGA golf pro.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m., Sun., April 11, at Crossway Ministries with Bro. Derrick Stewart officiating.
Local survivors are his wife, Brenda Piazza; stepdaughter, Jennifer Moseley Lowrey; and grandson, Preston A. Lowrey. Other surviving family members are son, Vito L. Piazza of Boynton Beach, Fla.; brother, John Piazza of Utica, N.Y.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brothers, James, Joseph, Sam and Frank; and sister, Congetta Palumbo.
Burial will be at the Piazza family plot in Frankfort, N.Y.
