SHS girls beat Flomaton

Straughn pitcher Kaitlynn Wiggins struck out 10 batters, walked three and allowed two hits in seven innings Tuesday night to help lead her team to a 3-0 road victory over Flomaton.

Straughn’s Kayla Teel scored in the second inning on an error as Kari Biggs reached.

In the top of the seventh inning, and with the bases loaded, Teel hit a two-run single.

The Lady Tigers improve to 24-11-1 on the season.
