Time is running out to get tickets for the Covington County Red Cross’ Taste of Covington County.

“Tickets are still available, so come and get them,” Red Cross Executive Director Merrill Davis said.

Davis said the Red Cross office will be open Saturday and Monday from 8 a.m. to noon to sell tickets, which are $15 each and available at the office Superior Bank in Opp from Greg Ramer.

The event will be held Monday night at the Kiwanis Community Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Event goers will be treated to samples of food from Beef O’Brady’s, Blue Lake Camp, China Wok, Church’s Chicken, C.J.’s Grille, David’s Catfish House, Dean’s Cakes, Domino’s Pizza, Florala Health & Rehab, Hart’s Country Store, Hickory Ridge Lodge, Hooks BBQ, Huddle House, Larry’s Bar-B-Que, Mendoza’s Mexican Restaurant, Ofelia’s Italian Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Rancho Grande, Samurai Japanese, St. Mary’s Church-Breakfast Club and Veracruz Restaurant.
