Lesley Newberry, 82, of Red Level, died Tues., April 27, 2010, in a Dothan hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., today, Fri., April 30, at the Fairmount Cemetery with the Rev. Fred Kelley officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. The family will meet with friends at the cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Newberry of Red Level; his daughters, Frances Kathrine Henley of Robertsdale and Elaine Jordan of Sweetwater; his sons, David Alan Newberry of Foley and Ricky J. Newberry of Bon Secour, Ala.; his stepchildren, Joyce F. Hill of Robertsdale, Rosemary Fender and Deborah A. Barron, both of Foley, Carl B. Messer Jr. of Red Level, Alvin Douglas Messer of Ocala, Fla., Linda Moon of Knoxville, Tenn., and Chester Mann of Phoenix, Ariz.; 40 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Albert Newberry; and sister, Alberta Newberry of Arcadia, Fla.
He is preceded in death by his son, Lesley Ray Newberry.
