Tinted windows are dangerous to officers

Something very important I saw on TV, the other night called Call Cops, where a cop stops a car and could not see inside too good.

You know why? Because the windows were too dark to see inside.

The person was given a ticket and they made him have the windows changed where you could see through.

Lots of our cars and trucks here are the same and cannot be seen through.

There was a law passed a while back saying if you were caught you would be fined and the windows had to be changed to where you could see through and at a certain period of time.

What if a officer went up to a window to check it out and could not see the person inside and was shot. Then what?

Everyone think about this that drives a car and are stopped, you know this puts our officers in real danger every day they stop a car because of this. Every day they leave home to go do their job, they don’t know what is waiting for them down the road and if they make it back home alive or not.

So, everybody, if your windows are too dark, please change them to be on the safe side.

Sincerely,

Barbara Sue Dennis, Florala, Ala.
