Charles Edward “Butch” Foster, 60, passed away Fri., April 30, 2010.

He was born in Dothan, the son of the late Bill and Florence M. Foster. He was a graduate of Florala High School Class of 1968 and a graduate of Auburn University. He retired from the State of Alabama’s Division of Youth Services. He enjoyed gardening and pottery creations.

He is survived by a brother, William Harvey Foster of Florala; sister, Sarah Foster Brown and husband Karl of Andalusia; niece, Carley Brown; and nephew, Cody Brown, both of Andalusia.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Evans Brown Funeral Home in Florala is handling arrangements.
