The Andalusia City Industrial Board elected Ed Short chairman and Jim Smith vice chairman Tuesday.
Short previously served as vice chairman. The chairman’s job became open when Joe Bratton resigned. Bill Rabren serves as secretary treasurer.
The council is accepting applications for the now vacant board seat.
