As interim superintendent, it will fall to Watson to determine who will replace him at AMS.
After Thursday’s meeting, Watson said, “We have a wonderful staff over here. They’ve proved themselves to be very reliable and I expect things will go on as usual.”
Watson said he expects the board will accept applications for the job, or perhaps name an interim principal.
