A local employee who spoke on the condition anonymity said the most recent news they’ve heard is “six to eight weeks.”
“But that’s just a guess,” he said. “To tell you the truth, we don’t know exactly.”
The employee said they have been told the company wants to sell everything before closing its doors.
“Either that or officials in charge of the liquidation may decide to close after sales reach a certain amount,” he said.
Currently, the store is not renting any more movies or games, but they are liquidating the merchandise.
