The City of Andalusia will conduct an election for three seats on the city board of education in August.

The board positions for District 1, District 3, and District 5  will be up for election on Aug. 24.

Qualifying for the positions will begin July 6 and continue until 5 p.m. on July 20.

A potential candidate must have resided in the district since May 24, 2010, to seek election.
