Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Nov. 17, 2010:

• Eddie Fields, 30, for failure to register as a sex offender and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Christopher Bennett, 36, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Bobby Riley, 44, for two counts of failure to appear and failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Hersey Pichon, 48, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Christopher McNeill, 39, for driving while under the influence and first-degree assault and held on a $27,500 bond.

• Rita Ellison, 45, for disorderly conduct and held on a $500 bond.

• Scotty Wise, 32, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Joshua Matthews, 25, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Jennifer Marshall, 25, for two counts of chemical endangerment of a child, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $510,500 bond.

• Jeremy S. Decker, 37, for third-degree domestic violence and held on a $500 bond.
