Church Street will be closed beginning at 9 a.m. today, Tues., Dec. 21, until about 10:30 a.m., from Opp Avenue to the square.

Police Chief Wilbur Williams said the street will be closed to accommodate work being done by Walker Business.

Williams encourage drivers to detour to Dunson Street during that time.
