The 14-year-old Andalusia High School student who was reported missing earlier this month is now safe at home.

Jazzman Berry, a ninth grade student at AHS, was last seen Wed., Dec. 8, when her mother dropped her off at school. Berry never returned home, and it was believed she went to Montgomery to meet a man she met on the Internet.

Lt. Paul Dean with the Andalusia Police Department said Berry was located Tuesday afternoon in Ramer, Ala., which is just outside of Montgomery.

“Jazzman’s fine and doing well,” Dean said. He credited the Mont-gomery Police Department’s juvenile division with finding her .

Dean said if the mysterious man is identified, he could face charges of electronic solicitation in Montgomery but did not comment on any other information surrounding the case.
