Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Tues., Dec. 28, 2010:

• Timothy Kirkland, 46, as a fugitive from justice and held without bond.

• John Wood, 30, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $125,000 bond.

• Robin Fowler, 43, for 12 counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $36,000 bond.

• Rickey Joe Burgans, 36, for first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana and held on a $280,500 bond.

• Timothy Wayne Capers, 20, for first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana and held on a $280,500 bond.

• Christopher E. Capers, 26, for first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana and held on a $280,500 bond.

• Marilene Rose Mathews, 25, for first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of marijuana and failure to appear held on a $283,500 bond.

• Sylvia Denise Reaves, 27, for first-degree manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana and held on a $280,500 bond.

• Talmadge Hurst, 32, for bondsman off bond and held without bond.
