on Jan. 6, 2011:

• Everay Garner, 26, for violation of probation and held without bond.
• Robert Sutton, 58, for cruelty to animals and harassment and held on a $1,500 bond.
• Lisa Hataway, 27, for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and held on a $7,500 bond.
• Michael Lee Smith, 43, for contempt and held without bond.
• Curtis Capers, 27, for violation of probation and held without bond.
• Bernard Rudolph, 52, for violation of probation and held without bond.
• Christopher Grayson, 37, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.
• Charles Barrineau, 65, for driving while under the influence and held on a $3,500 bond.
