Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Jan. 18, 2011:

• Aris Herbert, 24, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Jerry Shaw, 56, for third-degree domestic violence and held on a $500 bond.

• Aleane Moore, 57, for third-degree domestic violence and held on a $500 bond.

• Heather Henderson, 23, for bondsman off bond (second-degree manufacturing) and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Rebel Smith, 30, for first-degree theft of property and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Christopher Folmar, 31, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Bobby Melton, 40, for violation of probation and held without bond.
