The U.S. Forest Service has temporarily closed the shooting range in the Conecuh National Forest for safety and maintenance repairs. The area was closed on Fri., Jan. 21, and will remain closed until early spring while the Forest Service makes improvements.

“We are dedicated to providing quality facilities that are safe for our forest visitors,” said District Ranger Steve Lee. “We’re asking the public to be patient with us as we conduct our recreation site evaluations and perform repairs.”
