Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Feb. 1, 2011:

• Kahn Poole, 53, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Jason Yhon, 36, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• James Watley, 49, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Charles Suggs, 37, for possession of a controlled substance and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Travis Hancock, 21, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Jonathan Schofield, 25, for a grand jury indictment for attempted possession of a controlled substance and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Michael D. Smith, 39, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.
