Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Feb. 10, 2011:

• Charles Marshall, 53, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Levi Talbot, 30, for fugitive from justice and held without bond.

• Luke Popwell, 25, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Michael Livings, 25, for public intoxication, third-degree assault and resisting arrest and held on a $1,300 bond.

• Jeffery Sullivan, 21, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a minor and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Dennis Sullivan, 41, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a minor and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Audrie Hemphill, 18, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a minor and held on a $16,000 bond.
