THEDA MCDANIEL MAUGHON

Theda McDaniel Maughon, 87, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., March 10, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., today, Sat., March 12, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Harrell officiating. Burial will follow at Stone Lake Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Samuel and Tammy Maughon; grandchildren, Billy Maughon, Mark Maughon, Donnie Maughon, Min Maughon and Darrell Loque; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Buck Andrews, Panama City, Fla.; and a sister, Lorene Barfoot of Andalusia.

ELAINE O’NEAL

Elaine O’Neal, 76, of Ft. Walton, Fla., passed away Fri., March 11, 2011. Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Keahey Funeral Home

GEORGIA WIGGINS DAVIS

Georgia Wiggins Davis, born May 1, 1916, to Albert and Cassie Wiggins of Andalusia, died March 5, 2011, at home with family in Hampton Bays, N.Y.

She is survived by her son, Randall Davis and wife, Marilyn; daughter, Patricia Sheldon and husband, Danny; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, all from New York. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews living in the Alabama/Florida area.

EARL HAMPTON HARDEE JR.

Earl Hampton Hardee Jr., 80, passed away on Sun., Oct. 31, 2010, at Florida Hospital South in Orlando.

A memorial service was conducted at the United Methodist Church in Winter Park, Fla., on Nov. 6, 2010. Burial took place at the United Methodist Church cemetery in Evergreen.

He was born on Jan. 3, 1931. After graduating from Andalusia High School and attending Auburn University, he served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean era and continued to serve in a supervisory capacity for the Federal Air Traffic Control.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Yvonne Revier Hardee of Winter Park, Fla.; sons, Earl Hampton Hardee III and his wife, Dorothy; and Bruce Hardee and his wife, Carol; daughter, Lesa Dailey, and her husband, Tom, all of Florida; sisters, Mary Lou Brewton of Montgomery, and Earleen Stark of Dickson, Tenn.; four grandsons; and one niece, Darra Lynn Arrow.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Hampton Hardee Sr. and Roxye Nesse Hardee.
