ELAINE O’NEAL

Elaine O’Neal, 76, of Ft. Walton, Fla., passed away Fri., March 11, 2011.

Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m., Mon., March 14, at Keahey Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Morgan officiating. Burial followed in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include three sons and daughter-in-law, Mike O’Neal of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Raymond and Sara O’Neal and Patrick O’Neal, all of Ft. Walton; daughter, Cathy O’Neal; two brothers, Wayne Easley of Ft. Walton and Donald and Ruth Easley of Huntsville; and five grandchildren, Christopher O’Neal, Jackie O’Neal, Raymond O’Neal Jr., Kristen O’Neal and Kasey O’Neal.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton O’Neal Jr.

Serving as pallbearers were David Gurley, James Chavers, Mark Chavers, Christopher O’Neal and R.J. O’Neal.

JOSEPHINE BALDWIN

Josephine Baldwin, 92, died on Tues., March 8, 2011, in an assisted living facility in Spanish Fort.

A memorial service will be held Thurs., March 17, at Andalusia’s First United Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church 30 minutes prior to the service.

She was an Andalusia native, was a 1936 graduate of Andalusia High School and lived most of her adult life in Dearborn, Mich., where she was employed as a lab technician at Ford Motor Company Hospital. She moved to Mobile in 1985, soon after her retirement from Ford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.O. Baldwin, and two sisters, Lena Baldwin and Martha Baldwin Nelson. She is survived by her brother, William H. Baldwin of Andalusia; three nephews, William E. Baldwin of Cochran, Ga., Charles G. Baldwin of Pensacola, Fla., and Christopher D. Baldwin of Hoboken, N.J.

ALTHEA YVONNE O’ROURKE

Althea Yvonne O’Rourke, 75, of Andalusia, died Sun., March 13, 2011, in a Dothan hospital.

Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m., Wed., March 16, at the New Home Congregational Church in River Falls with the Rev. Dennis Knowles officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in the New Home Cemetery.

Visitation will be tonight from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.

Survivors include her husband, Michael T. O’Rourke Sr. of Andalusia; her sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy Robinson of Andalusia, Michael and Sarah O’Rourk, Jr., of Wing, Sean P. and Nancy O’Rourke and Brien and Toya O’Rourke, all of Andalusia; two daughters and son-in-law, Lori and Larry Tyree of Andalusia and Leah Waller of Mobile; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Lou McGahagin of Warner Robbins, Ga., and Janis and Chuck Sullivan of Mobile.

Pallbearers will be Ted Prescott, Kenny Johns, Kyle Whitson, Bruce Stinson, Chad Long and Chris Sherwood

RAYMON JOHNSON

Raymon Johnson, 59 of Knoxville, Tenn., formerly of Andalusia, died Fri., March 11, 2011, in a Knoxville hospital.

Funeral services will be held on today, Tues., March 15, at 2 p.m. from the Foreman Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Bill Boles officiating. Interment will be at a later date in the Bethany Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at noon today at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Johnson of Knoxville; two sons, Brian (Angel) Johnson of Knoxville and Zachary Johnson of Andalusia; a daughter, Melissa (Adam) Newsome of Cumming, Ga.; three step-daughters, Kristie Carpenter of Rogersville, Tenn., Kimberly Cox of Kingsport, Tenn., and Natosha Barnett of Church Hill, Tenn.; four grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and a brother, Laymon Johnson of Ocala, Fla.
