Alexis Horton and Corinthian Sims were selected to the second team in the Alabama Sports Writers Association Class 4A All-State basketball team that was released today.

Horton helped lead the Lady Bulldogs to a 25-5 season, and averaged 19.2 points per game, and 4.5 assists.

Sims, a senior, helped lead Andalusia’s boys team to a 31-3 season, and led his team with 501 points, and 193 rebounds.

Opp’s Soyia Folmar was selected as an honorable mention in Class 3A.

Folmar averaged 16.3 points per game, and 12 rebounds per game.
