Opp’s Lady Bobcats scored 16 runs in the first inning, and beat Pike County 18-0 Monday night in area action.

Junior Kourtnee Bradley allowed two hits to earn the win on the mound.

Opp’s Savannah Gerber scored three runs on two hits. Sydney Jones, Courtney Mobley, B.A. Spurlin, Kelly Pierce and Tori Puckett each had two hits and scored two runs for the Lady Bobcats.

Opp improved to 12-4 overall, and 1-0 in Class 3A, Area 2.

In junior varsity action, the Lady Bobcats won 15-0.

Katlyn Shively pitched three innings, and added two hits for Opp.

Tori Reisenour hit an inside-the-park grand slam home run to help lead the Lady Bobcats to the win.
