Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

March 30, 2011:

• Corey Matthews, 39, for violation of probation and third-degree identity theft and held on a $500 bond.

• Cynthia Thompson, 45, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Rodriquez McDonald, 42, for two counts of negotiating a worthless check and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Joshua Lawson, 29, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• George Pichon III, 44, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• James Burdine, 42, for four counts of reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and attempting to elude and held on a $135,000 bond.

• Basie Shine, 37, for failure to appear and obstruction of governmental operations and held without bond.
