There were balloons and tattoos and even jumps in a jump-a-roo, as  well as a huge hullabaloo Saturday as Dr. Seuss and his band of outrageous characters took over Robinson Park for the  Coterie Club’s 40th annual Storybook Festival.
Commenters heard throughout the day declared it the “best day ever” as groups made their way through three story scenes – “I Don’t Want to Get Up Today;” “The Cat in the Hat;” and “Green Eggs and Ham.”
