Andalusia’s varsity and junior varsity golf teams picked up wins Monday at Evans Barnes Golf Course and at Elba Country Club.

The varsity team shot 318, while Straughn shot a 394 and Ozark a 378 at the LBWCC golf course.

The junior varsity team beat Elba and Opp with a 369.

Straughn’s Brooks Rabren shot a 77, and Andalusia’s Josh Atkinson and Stinson Thompson, who both shot a 79 each.

At Elba, Andalusia’s Hunter Dendy and Brady Sharpe shot an 87 each.

Elba finished second with a 378, and Opp shot a team total 383.

Andalusia will compete in the Class 4A Section 1 Tournament April 27 in Mobile at the Azalea City Golf Course.
