New Brockton gave Red Level its second shut out loss Friday night.
The Tigers fell 54-0, and fall to 0-2 overall, and 0-1 in Class 2A, Region 2.
“I’m at a loss for any explanation for what just happened,” RLS head football coach Tony Ingram said after the game. “That’s two games in a row that we absolutely couldn’t overcome ourselves. We’re lost.”
However, given the loss, Ingram said there is a good Tiger team out there.
“Right now, I’m doing a lot of soul searching,” he said. “It all comes back to me. We’re not giving up. We’re going to try to fix it. I’ll say this, there’s a good football team here.”
