Mrs. Sandra Cooper is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Amy, to Marcus Laster, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Matthews.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Mr. Allen Cooper. She is a 2006 graduate of Pleasant Home School and is currently employed at Goody’s Family Clothing Store.

The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Straughn High School and is currently self-employed in the construction field.

The couple will exchange vows on Sat., Oct. 1, 2011, at 6 o’clock in the evening at the couple’s new home, at located 18760 Rockhole Bridge Road, Andalusia. A reception will immediately follow.
