The weekend showings of “Courageous” were well attended.

Dr. Fred Karthaus of Andalusia’s First Baptist Church said the showings were strongly supported, especially Sunday.

“I asked one of the employees at Clark Theatre, and he said Saturday night’s attendance suffered because Alabama and Florida were playing, but other than that we are pleased with the response,” he said. “Many people who have seen the movie leave the theater challenged to live a more courageous life for Christ. I continue to talk to people who are thankful that we were able to view this film in Andalusia.”
