Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

Dec. 23-25, 2011:

• Timothy P. Worley, 38, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Charlie Lee Chavis, 51, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Stacy McCart, 40, for reckless endangerment, menacing and third-degree assault and held on a $9,000 bond.

• Cory Lee Aughtman, 39, for public intoxication and held on a $3,000 bond.
