Court records show there are five teenage boys at the heart of the case against a Carolina woman charged with sex and drug crimes, and that she has confessed to the allegations made against her.

Jennifer Denise Taylor, 31, was arrested Tuesday by Drug Task Force agents and charged with transmitting obscene material to a child, sodomy II, distribution of a controlled substance to a minor; four counts of sex abuse II and six counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Court records show agents received reports of multiple “wild parties” at her Rockhole Bridge Road home, spanning a three-month period in which multiple sources allege Taylor was providing the teens with Coors Light beer, Grey Goose vodka and Tylenol with codeine pills.

The victims – two 14-year-olds and three 15-year-olds – were identified in the records by initials only. The Star-News has chosen not to use those initials in this story to further protect their identities.

Agents began receiving the reports about the suspected activities on Fri., Feb. 10, and according to the records, the victims outlined the following incidents:

• A 14-year-old said he went to Taylor’s home and was given beer, vodka and pills. He also stated he twice engaged in sexual contact with Taylor and that she also sent a nude photo of herself engaged in sexual conduct to his cell phone.

• A14-year-old stated he was also given beer and vodka on multiple occasions, and that on or about Feb. 11, engaged in oral sex and sexual touching with Taylor.

• A 15-year-old stated he was also given beer and vodka, and, at one of the parties, engaged in sexual touching with Taylor.

• Three 15-year-olds each stated they were given beer and vodka on multiple occasions while at Taylor’s home.

DTF Commander Mark Odom previously said it was “mind-boggling to realize that a 30-year-old woman could commit crimes like the ones described by these boys.”

During the investigation, Odom said he and other DTF agents confirmed the allegations made by the victims and their parents. The arrest affidavit shows Taylor admitted to her part in the allegations.

The case remains under investigation, and Odom stated he believes there will be more victims once the investigation is completed.

Taylor remains in the Covington County Jail without bond.
