Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Aug. 15, 2012:

• Daniel A. Whitt, 27, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Waymon J. Bass, 45, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• James H. Marshall, 41, for attempting to elude and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Rebecca Jackson, 26, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• James T. Hattaway, 62, for failure to appear on a seatbelt violation and held without bond.
