• Daniel D. Nolan, 29, for criminal mischief III and theft of property III and hleld on a $1,000 bond.

• Jesse L. McQueen, 24, for criminal mischief III and theft of property III and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Brandie Weese, 18, for criminal mischief III and theft of property III and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Aspin Maulden, 19, for identity theft I and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Richard Foss, 57, for bondsmen off bond, and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Jonathan Paul Davis, 40, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Jessie C. Matthews, 23, for bondsman off bond and held on a $56,000 bond.

• James Ellis Welch, 52, for failure to appear in court and held without bond.
