The Andalusia City League Bulls fought hard, but fell to visiting Elba 44-27 Monday night.

 

The Bulls started off strong with 4 points from McCorvy in the first period. Mcleod added 1 point, but the Bulls trailed 12-5 after the first period.

 

The Bulls had trouble finding open looks in the second period, and trailed 23-8 at halftime. Holloway had 2 points and Mcleod had 1 point for the Bulls.

 

In the third period, the Bulls found a little groove. McCorvy lit up the scoreboard with 6 points. Abner put in 4 points, and Mcleod added 2 points. Elba led 37-22 heading into the final period.

 

Elba finished strong at the free throw line in the final period to give them a 44-27 victory.

 

McCorvy had three points in the final frame, and Mcleod had 2 points.

 

McCorvy led the Bulls with 13 points on the night. Mcleod finished the contest with 6 points. Abner tallied 4 points on the night, and Holloway accounted for 2 points.
